Release-note policy
This page provides a cross-platform summary. GitHub release assets and package registry changelogs are authoritative for checksums and distribution-specific changes. A release is not installed until the consuming application's lockfile and signed build resolve the intended version.
Security-sensitive internal implementation details, private service routes, and protected package internals are intentionally excluded from public release notes. That omission does not change the public behavior or compatibility contract.
